This smoothie is amazing. The recipe is simple, and the color is awesome! I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful green color of this smoothie. The fresh peaches with the almond milk and yogurt created an orange – sherbety color and then the addition of spinach yielded a vibrant green. I barely edited these photos, promise. You guys can make a spinach peach green smoothie at home that will be this exact same green color. A lot of green smoothies end up being a gross, nasty, pukey, green color, but this smoothie’s natural greenness will impress.
I love smoothies. I remember when I first discovered Jamba Juice as a kid. There was one by the movie theater, and I remember begging my mom to take me to Jamba Juice whenever we went to a movie. I was crazy for them!
I spent a summer in South Lake Tahoe in college and worked at Jamba Juice. It was awesome!!! We got to have one smoothie a day! But green smoothies were not a thing when I worked there. We just had fruit smoothies… and wheat grass….and carrot juice. I haven’t been to a Jamba Juice in years and have no idea if they jumped on the green smoothie bandwagon or not… But I’m a fan!
Honestly, I do really like the green smoothie trend. Any way to increase your veggie intake is a plus. The more vegetables you consume, the better. Vegetables are a great source of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. I also like using almond milk, fresh or frozen fruit, and plain Greek yogurt for some protein. The only downside I’ve come across from green smoothies is that sometimes bits of the spinach can get stuck in your teeth…. lesson learned from drinking green smoothies on the way to work and then going to the bathroom hours later and finding sooooo much spinach…. so embarrassing…. I advise you to check your teeth after consuming and before going out into public.
This smoothie is quick and easy to make, only five ingredients! Hope you love it as much as I do!

All the food looks delish – nice site! Y’all will have to loan me some peaches this summer so I can make me some peach smoothies ??
Thanks Martin! Hopefully this is a good peach year. Last year there was a late frost that left us with a pretty small crop. We’ll definitely give you a handful of peaches either way.
I hope the smoothie will be good when I get ready to make it
Is it alrite to make my smoothie even though I don’t have the two ingredients

Hi Renee, you can make substitutions for any of the ingredients.
