or milk

chia seeds

cacao powder

real vanilla extract

mixed nuts

Raspberries and walnuts for toppings
any berries and nuts will work

Stir together Greek yogurt and kefir.

Mix in chia seeds, stirring well

Add cacao powder and vanilla, stir to incorporate
