small peaches or 1 large peach or 1 cup frozen peaches
1/2
cup
almond milk

plain
nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2
frozen banana
2-3
handfuls of fresh spinach
Instructions
Place peaches, almond milk, banana, and yogurt into blender.
Blend until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Add in spinach and blend until well combined.
