Classic Argentina chimichurri sauce. An olive oil herb sauce that perfectly pairs with a variety of grilled meats.

  • 1 cup of fresh parsley stems removed
  • 3/4 cup fresh cilantro stems removed
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano stemmed removed
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp red pepper flakes
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pulse to combine.
  3. Sauce will be thin.
  4. Let chimichurri sit at least an hour before serving. Can be made day in advance.
  5. Place any leftovers in a sealed container and store in the refrigerator.
  6. Sauce is good for one week.
