Easy, healthy sugar snap peas lightly sautéed in olive oil with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

  • 16 oz sugar snap peas
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 garlic cloves minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Then when olive oil is heated, add sugar snap peas to pan.
  3. Lightly sauté for 2-3 minutes, then add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Next, stir to coat sugar snap peas in garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, directly from the skillet.
