Healthy, easy salad of baby spinach, fresh berries, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.

  • 8-10 cups baby spinach
  • 2-3 cups of fresh berries slice the strawberries if using (strawberries, blackberries, or raspberries)
  • 6- 8 oz of feta cheese crumbled (or blue cheese crumbles)
  • 1 cup of sliced almonds or pecans or pistachios
  • Dressings of choice berry, poppyseed, blue cheese
  • Optional add-ons no shown: bacon bits, avocado, red onion slices
  1. In a large salad bowl, arrange spinach, berries, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
  2. You can layer ingredients if desired (half the spinach, berries, cheese, almonds - repeat).
  3. Toss prior to serving.
  4. Finally, top with dressing of choice.
