The key is to soak the zucchini slices in vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder for 10 minutes prior to dehydrating them! Incredible flavor!

Ingredients
  • 2-3 medium zucchini sliced into 1/8 inch rounds
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Place zucchini slices in a large bowl.
  2. Add in apple cider vinegar, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Arrange zucchini slices on dehydrator trays and dehydrate for approximately 4-8 hours. Check every two hours or so and remove zucchini chips as they dry.
  5. Can also be made in the oven by baking at 200 degrees for approximately 4 hours, check every hour or so and remove chips are they get crisp.
