Pina Colada Overnight Oats with Kefir

I like to eat my overnight oats cold. If you heated it in the microwave, I'm not sure how that would affect the probiotics in the kefir..

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup kefir made with whole milk
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp shredded coconut
  • 2 Tbsp fresh pineapple finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and stir well.
  2. Place mixture in the fridge overnight.
  3. Remove from the fridge in the morning, top with additional pineapple, coconut, and pecans if desired.
