Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh peeled, chopped peaches
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp real vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Generously grease a 9" x 13" pan with butter.
  3. Mix peaches with sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, cornstarch, salt, and vanilla.
  4. Mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter. Press half of flour mixture into the bottom of the pan. Pour peaches into pan.
  5. Sprinkle with the remaining flour mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm or let cool completely.
