Fresh broccoli tossed in olive oil, garlic powder, grated parmesan, salt, pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes and then roasted to perfection.

  • 2 Broccoli crowns , stems removed, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes optional
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowel, toss broccoli with olive oil, grated parmesan, garlic powder, salt, pepper, black pepper, parsley, and red pepper flakes. 

  3. Evenly spread broccoli on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until parmesan starts to get a little crispy.
